Ask Ariel was created in order to help you heal your pets using
natural holistic alternatives. Our primary goal is to provide you with the
education and tools so that you can give your pet and yourself the very best in
natural care. To this end, we are very concerned about your satisfaction and
want to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase decisions. Please feel

Email is by far the fastest and best way to reach us. Most pet owners have indepth questions and to
provide you with a meaningful answer from a qualified professional, we need
specifics. Email enables us to answer your
question more thoroughly as we can include links and information to get help
for your pet in a prompt and effective manner.

Order Changes or Cancellations--All Sales Are Final
All sales are final due to the sensitive and perishable nature of
the supplements. Please be careful when selecting products! If you need to change or cancel an order,
please contact us immediately by email. If your order has not yet shipped (generally
ships within a few hours after the order is placed) we will promptly cancel it
for you. If your order has shipped, we
are sorry but we cannot cancel the order.
Occasionally, pet owners may not discover our products until their pets are
near death. By the time the products
arrive, their pet is deceased and/or unable to take the supplements. This is a
terribly unfortunate circumstance. We understand your frustration and encourage
you to consider this possibility before placing your order. If this is a
concern to you, then it may be best to forego your order.
Please note: Once an order is shipped, it is considered "sold".
Our products are perishable and we want to give all pet owners the freshest,
purest products. We won't send you products that have sat at someone's home or
been returned so that we cannot guarantee their purity and effectiveness. We
unfortunately encounter circumstances where a pet owner does not wish to pick
up their order from the post office and thereby tries to return the items this
way. We do not accept returns and ask you to please consider this information
carefully before making a purchase.
All orders are shipped to the shipping address. Please be careful to
indicate if the shipping address differs from the billing address. We use a
delivery confirmation receipt on most packages. If you do not receive your
order within 1 week's time, please contact us right away. If you accidentally put in the incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will ship the order out to you again at the correct address, upon receipt of the package. If you no longer want the package, we will credit you back the value of the order less a $10 restocking fee, provided the items are in resellable condition. We will help you research the package
using the delivery confirmation. If the delivery confirmation receipt shows
that the package was delivered, there is little more that we can do. We can
work with the Post Office to research its whereabouts but if the delivery
confirmation shows that the package was delivered to the shipping address, we
will NOT replace the package without additional payment for a replacement
order. Failing to pick up an order does not constitute a return.
Problems with Your Ordered Package
At Ask Ariel, exceptional care is taken to package and ship your order
promptly and carefully. You may find our packaging to be more conscientious
than anything you have ever received before. We carefully count the items,
check off the shipped items on your invoice, include directions stapled to your
invoice and check inventories routinely to ensure your products are fresh. If
you receive a package from us and are concerned that an item may be missing,
please contact us immediately at 949-499-9380. Please do NOT throw out your
packaging as many times, missing items are discovered deep under our extensive
packaging in an effort to protect your products. In order to guarantee
replacement of a missing item, it must be reported to us within 1 week of
delivery. We are not responsible for lost items if they are reported to us
after 1 week of delivery.
If you order a consultation, you will be contacted via email within 24 hours of
potential consultation times. Please watch your emails for this communication.
Once an appointment time has been established, Susan Davis will call you at the
phone number you provided. If you selected a combination appointment with Dr.
Gordon, you will be instructed how to contact him for your appointment. Please
note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel an
appointment within 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a
charge of the entire consultation fee. If you are not available for the agreed
upon consultation time and/or decided to cancel in less than 24 hours prior to
the appointment, you will be charged the entire consultation fee. This is
because Susan Davis and/or Dr. Gordon research your case in advance and in
addition, save the scheduled time for you.
Orders must be placed using our secure online system. Please do not be
concerned about the security of our website as we have implemented numerous
quality control procedures to protect your secure information. We use state of
the art firewalls to ensure that client credit card and address information is
completely protected. We do not EVER sell client information to outside third
parties. However, we are not able to process telephone orders. For your protection, we only accept online
orders to ensure that the actual credit card holder is placing the order and
using the proper security codes. This also ensures that there are no
misunderstandings in terms of store policies regarding returns, shipping time
and sizes/products ordered.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express. We use secure servers to protect your privacy. We only
have access to the last 4 digits of your account so we cannot keep "credit
cards on file" for future purchases (and your protection).
If you are uncomfortable making online purchases using a personal
credit card, we recommend using a prepaid credit card available at most stores.
We do not accept checks or any other form of payment as we want to ensure you
receive your order in a timely manner.
Purchases shipped to California residents will be charged sales
Every attempt is made to ship your order to you as quickly as
possible. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours after they are submitted.
Most orders are received between 2-5 days following the date of the order. We
use US Priority and First Class Mail which we have found to be the fastest and
most efficient way to ship. Special arrangements may be made for Express
orders---there is a flat rate cost of $30 for the first pound and $2 per pound
for each additional pound—please call or email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to
accommodate your request. Please note due to scheduling and timing of orders,
we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this for you.
Customer service is extremely important to us. Unfortunately with
the rising cost of fuel, we have had to raise the cost of shipping charges. Our
shipping prices are very competitive and we will do our best to ensure your
order is received as promptly and safely as possible. We will research lost
orders and do everything we can to show you how important your business is to
us! The following shipping costs apply to orders shipped in the 50 U.S states,
including Alaska and Hawaii:
Orders Under $125: $7.95
+ “heavy weight charges” (if applicable)
Orders Over $125: FREE + any "heavy weight or fragile item
Please note the Amazing Omegas, Wildside Salmon Oil, fragile liquid
products and Vitamineral Green products are extremely expensive to ship. You will see there is a small additional heavyweight
charge for shipping these products. If
your order is over $125 and includes heavy weight items, we will assess a small
heavy weight item surcharge on those items.
$125 minimum. Shipping charge includes $10 processing/handling
fee. Please contact us at AskAriel1@gmail.com to confirm your
shipping address. We use USPS express for international shipping. We cannot ship to Brazil or France as packages have been returned to us from these countries. Please be sure to research your company's policies as if we ship it and the package is returned to us, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges plus a 10% product restocking charge.

or pass information in any manner that would compromise the identity or
security of our visitors or customers. All information discussed in
consultations will remain completely confidential.

for specific products, we are required to contact you in order to ensure that
we are providing the very best service and information for you and your pet.
